Established during 2011, Dean & Sarah offer Professional coaching & training from the Fight Knights Gym based in London, UK. Fight Knights offer White Collar/Professional Boxing training & fitness from novice to Pro levels. The gym offers additional classes such as strength and conditioning, weight loss, circuit training and even boot camp!
